St. Mary’s Senior Group, “The Young @ Heart” invites all men and women; age 55 or older to a monthly potluck on the second Thursday of each month, October through May. Some months we have a potluck; some  months we provide a planned menu of traditional foods according to t he season, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. When we feature something special, we ask for an RSVP, so we know how many to plan for. We try to begin serving at noon. Following the meal we may play bingo (free) or a game of your choice. This is meant to be a social time, providing seniors with the opportunity to get better acquainted. There are no “dues”, but we ask for donations to cover the costs of providing table settings, coffee/tea, feature items on the menu, as well as many other expenses approved by the steering committee.
