Academics
“Catholic schools are not an alternative. They are a choice to provide more than 35 hours a week immersed in an education where Christ illuminates the learning and the life of our students. Catholic schools invite students to grow in friendship with Christ. This friendship helps students to discover that their potential is much greater with Jesus than it is without Him. This makes Catholic schools the single most effective means the Church has created for evangelization.”
– Bishop David Walkowiak
At St. Mary’s School, Christ illuminates our learning. We focus on Christ-centered academics and our Catholic faith is at the very center of all we do. We offer a challenging and inspiring curriculum that includes not only traditional academic courses but also classes in Technology, Art, Music, and Band. Each classroom is equipped with Smartboard technology and classroom computers. Students in grades K-8 use personal Chrome books.
Weekly Masses, daily prayer, daily religion lessons, service projects, and modeled Christian values keep us focused on Christ’s teachings as we work through our daily academics.
