Step one: Enrollment

Parents seeking to enroll their child(ren) in St. Mary’s School must complete admission forms in full and return them to the school office. If classrooms are at capacity in the grade level requested, the order of acceptance is as follows: 

  1. To students of active, worshiping, and contributing parishioners with siblings already enrolled, providing tuition payments are current.
  2. To students of non-parishioners with siblings already enrolled in the school, providing tuition payments is current.
  3. To students of active, worshiping, and contributing parishioners not already in the school.
  4. To students of non-parishioners not in the school

All new students will be accepted on a probationary basis, pending the gathering of additional required information. At the time of admission, it is understood that the parent(s)/legal guardian will accept the policies, rules, and regulations set forth by St. Mary’s School. 

A child entering Kindergarten must be five years old by September 1 of the year s/he enters school. 

A birth certificate and/or adoption papers are required for incoming Kindergarteners and newly enrolled students.

Step two: Registration

Registration for the next school year will take place in February/March. The first two weeks of registration will be for those children already enrolled in St. Mary’s School. After these two weeks, a week will be set aside to enroll children on waiting lists of the respective grades (see order of acceptance in step 1). After this period, registration will be open on a space-available basis. 

A non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $100 per student is required to ensure the child’s classroom placement. A $38 fee per family for the Finalsite platform will be due with registration. Copies of pertinent custody papers must accompany registration forms and student support paperwork, such as an IEP or 504 plan, when applicable.
